The Medical Record Management (MRM) keeps medical records in complete confidentiality
through organizing the records and making sure they are complete, save and maintained.
The hard copies of the records are controlled by a specially trained team. The original
records are kept in an electronic record keeping system.
The division also provides quick medical services for the hospital's administration
and all those caring for the patient. It also provides information to authorized
personnel.
This division also serves as the best site for research. The division also includes
the statistics section where all data is collected, organized and analyzed, then
sent to the concerned departments.
