Quality improvement
|
The goals of the Quality Improvement Department are to improve patient care and
safety.
The Quality Improvement Department:
- Initiates and monitors actions to improve all the hospital services.
- Have to ensure that the quality requirements of patients are met and that the necessary
inspections, tests, verification and methods are carried out according to the accreditation
standards.
- Prevent the recurrence of errors and to control non-conforming services by initiating
correctives actions and monitoring them.
- Provides, manages and conducts internal audit system for all departments to identify
areas for improvement
- • Have to assure that each department has a continuing education program
